Evolution of Dance

Turns out lots of people already know about this video. Just goes to show how culturally deprived I am.

youtube

Youtube could take hours, even a lifetime to play with. Interesting phenomenon. Obviously we could use the most-discussed category for library discussion group support. It looks like all sorts of issues are dealt with there. Do you get the feeling that Youtube is an interim format? Like it is going to become something else? I can't imagine what, naturally, or I would become very rich. And maybe I am just responding to the constant change in technology in general.

Fear This!

Fear This, originally uploaded by bookiecramer.

In only a couple of years, you will be contending for the right of way with this darling young man and his mammoth motor. Let me introduce you to my nephew, Taylor, King of the Farm Highway! He motors up and down the lane in anticipation of the day he, the dogs, and his juggernaut will be cruising the Circuit. This is one reason to be grateful for high gas prices!

They shoot horses, don't they?

Life is full around the farm - this is a picture of the bullet hole my favorite husband put in the new Jetta. Why, you may ask? Well, he was shooting a rabid raccoon on our front porch and a shotgun pellet missed the pickup from Hell and hit the center post of the new car. At least we think it missed the pickup - hard to tell.

computer technology

For me, computer techology is a means to an end and either nifty when it works or screamingly frustrating when it doesn't. Mostly I really like using computers and get great satisfaction when I overcome a problem with a click of the button. I am grateful to the programmers who have made it much easier to use these machines yet do more than we could do 15 years ago.
